This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items must not be damaged by the customer

  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, and tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items not in original condition

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Your name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo or video proof (if damaged or defective)

We respond within 24–48 hours and will provide return instructions and the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect → We cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong color received

  • Defective items

Exchanges depend on product availability.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item did not arrive (confirmed by tracking)

  • The return is received and passes inspection

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The return is requested after 30 days

  • The return arrives damaged due to poor packaging

  • The item is excluded from returns (see Section 2)

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds go to the original payment method only

  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Please note:
Banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

If still unresolved, email us at support@vorticelle.com

9. Orders Returned to Sender

------------------------------

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed package

  • Delivery failure

We can re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.

No refund will be issued if the customer fails to provide a correct address.

10. Fraud Prevention (Required by Shopify Payments)

To comply with Shopify Payments regulations, Trafni Inc reserves the right to:

  • Request additional verification for suspicious orders

  • Reject or delay refunds with signs of fraud

  • Report chargeback abuse or fraudulent activity
